The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort
BORA BORA, FRENCH POLYNESIA
Overwater luxury, breathtaking lagoon views, and the feeling of having paradise all to yourself.
Personally Experienced
My Take on The St. Regis Bora Bora
If your idea of paradise is turquoise water, incredible service and the feeling that you have an entire island to yourself, this is your place.
We stayed in an overwater villa, and I don't think I'll ever get tired of the color of the water in Bora Bora. It's truly something you have to see to believe. Between the stunning lagoon, exceptional service and beautiful surroundings, The St. Regis delivers the kind of experience you'd expect from a bucket-list resort.
One of the things that surprised me most was just how peaceful and private it felt. The property is incredibly spacious and spread out, with bicycles available for getting around or golf carts just a phone call away. Even though we were told the resort was 95% occupied during our stay, we rarely encountered other guests. There were no crowds at the pool or beach, and at times it felt like we had the place to ourselves.
One thing to know: This isn't a resort with a lively nightlife scene. Evenings are quiet, and entertainment is limited. But if you're looking to unplug, slow down and enjoy an incredible setting without crowds or distractions, that's exactly what makes it so special.
Who I'd recommend it for: Honeymooners, couples celebrating a milestone, and travelers looking for privacy, luxury and a truly relaxing escape.
